Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling

At Hill Country Lymphatics, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. To respect the time and care put into each session, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% session fee.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged 100% of the service cost.

  • If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Sessions may be shortened to accommodate the schedule.

Illness or Emergency

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you are experiencing illness, fever, or a medical emergency, please reach out directly to Maggie Hoover 214-929-6097

Payment & Refunds

  • A valid payment method is required to reserve an appointment.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed for missed or late cancellations.

  • If a refund is issued, it may take 5–10 business days to process.
